ROCKFORD – Dismantling the Sinnissippi Park greenhouses began Tuesday as the Rockford Park makes way for the new Nicholas Conservatory.
ROCKFORD - Ringland-Johnson, Inc. was awarded a $7.16 million contract to begin construction on the Nicholas Conservatory by a unanimous vote of Rockford Park District commissioners tonight.
County Administrator Meggon McKinley said that after negotiations between attorneys, EVS Construction officials agreed to drop their lawsuit for $50,000, the amount of bid costs and attorney fees.
